"Absolutely fantastic! Our auto policy (with another company) had gone up dramatically in the last few months so I was searching around for a new policy. In all honesty, almost all the companies came back in the same ballpark for the auto insurance but the home owners insurance saved me almost $1000 a year when I paired it with the Auto. What really set State Farm apart was this office and specifically Susie! She reached out to let me know about the policies, answered all the questions I had (and then some), she spent a significant amount of time with me and it never felt rushed or like she had other things to do. She was happy to communicate by email (which was easier) and called when it was convenient for me to finalize everything. She explained every option and what it meant in easy to understand language and was quick to tell me when she didn't think something was worth it or how I could add on extra coverage for very little costs or how I could actually save by adding on Medical coverage. She saved me money and got me better coverage than I had before. She truly looked out for me, even when it would have meant losing money for her Agency. She not only went above and beyond in assisting me, so was so pleasant and never made me feel like I was "just another customer." She just earned a customer for life! THANK YOU, Susie!"
